Part family story, part quiet philosophy — this is who we are and why the house feels the way it does.
Three generations, one hundred and twenty trees
This land has belonged to our family for three generations. Our grandfather planted many of the olive trees you see today; our parents pressed their first oil here; we grew up between the rows, in the long shade of August afternoons.
When it came time to build, we made a choice: rather than something loud or showy, we wanted a calm, modern house that would sit lightly among the trees — open to the light, quiet against the hills, comfortable in the way that matters. Serious beds, generous bathrooms, shaded terraces, and nothing that competes with the view.
The result is not a hotel. It is our family's place, opened to guests who feel the same way we do about quiet — that it is the rarest luxury left, and worth protecting.

The grove came first; the house listens to it. Rooms open to the trees, terraces follow the sun, and every window frames a little more of the olive grove.
